I have been entirely remiss in keeping this blog up.  Part of the reason is my catching up on my other hobby, cross-stitching.  I've been working on these vintage-style roses that I mean to frame into embroidery hoops and give to my mom and mother-in-law for mother's day.  I'm not a very fast stitcher. 

However, I still find time to surf the net! 

I found this sweet little post on Before The Baby that features one of my stamped carnival ticket items.  I love the new Etsy feature which allows you to see where some visitors are clicking from.

I love making these tickets and using them on scrapbook layouts.  They are just the right size for embellishments and they're wonderful for layering behind photos.  Aren't they just cute?  I think they're also a fun additional into invitations.  Maybe do a raffle for the party?  If you would like to view more of my carnival tickets, visit my store ink & scissors.  Also, be sure to visit sometime in the next few weeks!  I have several ideas just brewing in my head of different themes I can use for these tickets.
